2011 District 43 Tournament of Champions

Minor Baseball Ground Rules

No new inning after 1 hour 45 minutes
Each team will have one manager and two coaches, regardless of roster size
Teams will use continuous batting order, with 9 fielders on defense
12 year old players are not eligible to pitch, and waiver must be present
5 run rule is in effect
Any and all protests will be handled at the field, the DA or Tournament Administrator will have the final decision
All other rules and procedures will be handled per the 2011 LL Rulebook, Regular Season Rules

ALL DIVISIONS GENERAL RULES AND GUIDELINES

Baseballs will be provided by District 43
Teams must check in with Tournament Director 45 minutes before game for coin toss (winner chooses home/away)
Must turn in affidavit, pitching log, 3 part lineup (First Name, Last Name, Uniform #) and announcer sheet 30 minutes before gametime
Any team that does not have affidavit and pitching record at game time will forfeit their games
Minimum play will be enforced
All equipment will be inspected, all composite bats are required to have paperwork with approved bats highlighted
COACHES AND MANAGERS WILL NOT WARM UP PLAYERS
